📜契約裡面的服務費是什麼?

服務費用包含辦理你們的生活照顧服務、安排入出國、安排接受健康檢查、健康檢查結果函報衛生主管機關、諮詢、輔導及翻譯等就業服務事項。

仲介公司依「私立就業服務機構收費項目及金額標準」規定，得向你收取「服務費」，且第1年、第2年、第3年每月分別不得超過新臺幣1,800元、1,700元、1,500元，且不得預先收取。但如你曾受聘僱工作2年以上，因聘僱終止或期滿出國後再進入本國工作，並受聘於同一雇主，每月不得超過新臺幣1,500元。

Agensi Taiwan berdasarkan standar “ketentuanpenarikan biaya dan jenis layanan agensi" yang telahditetapkan, pihak agensi boleh memungut“biayalayanan agensi”secara per bulan dan tidak bolehmelebihi dari yang ditentukan pada tahun pertama1.800 NTD, tahun kedua 1.700 NTD dan pada tahunketiga 1.500 NTD, biaya layanan ini tidak boleh ditarikdi muka. Jika Anda pernah dipekerjakan lebih dari 2tahun, karena masa kontrak selesai atau putuskontrak pulang ke negara asal dan kembali bekerja diTaiwan lagi, direkrut oleh majikan yang sama makabiaya layanan agensi tidak boleh melebihi 1.500 NTDper bulan.

ปีแรกไม่เกิน1800เหรียญ ปีที่ 2 ไม่เกิน 1700

เหรียญ ปีที่ 3 ไม่เกิน1500เหรียญ

โดยห้ามเรียกเก็บล่วงหน้า ถ้าคุณทำงานเกิน 2

ปีแล้วยกเลิกสัญญาหรือครบแทคแล้วกลับมาที่

นายจ้างเดิม ค่าบริการเดือนละไม่เกิน 1500เหรียญ

Service fee covers services for your daily living, arrangements for entering and leaving the country, schedules made for health examinations,submission of health exam reports to the health authorities,counselling, guidance,interpretation and other employment services.

Based on regulations stated in Service Fees and Standard Amount for Private Employment Service Agencies, the local placement agency collects a monthly broker service fee not exceeding NT$1,800 on the first year, NT$1,700 on the second year and NT$1,500 on the third year. Collecting in advance is not allowed. If you have been employed for more than 2 years and come back to work again under the same employer after employment had been terminated or had finished contract, broker service fee must not exceed NT$1,500 a month.

Phí phục vụ bao gồm chăm sóc sinh hoạt của các bạn, sắp xếp xuất nhập cảnh, kiểm tra sức khỏe, gửi giấy báo cáo kết quả kiểm tra sức khỏe cho cơ quan y tế, tư vấn, phụ đạo,phiên dịch và nhiều hạng mục phục vụ khác v.v…

Công ty môi giới sẽ căn cứ theo "Tiêu chuẩn hạng mục thu phí đơn vị dịch vụ việc làm tư nhân" quy định,được phép thu "phí phục vụ" của bạn, năm đầu tiên,năm thứ hai và năm thứ ba lần lượt không được vượt quá 1.800 Đài tệ, 1.700 Đài tệ, 1.500 Đài tệ, không được phép thu phí trước. Nhưng nếu bạn đã từng làm việc 2 năm trở lên, vì chấm dứt hợp đồng hoặc sau khi hết hạn hợp đồng về nước xong lại nhập cảnh qua Taiwan làm việc, đồng thời làm cho chủ cũ thì phí phục vụ mỗi tháng không được thu quá 1.500 Đài tệ.
